At StudentLoanPolicyReform.com, the main goal is to change the rules, laws, and policies that "Student Loans Are Not Dischargeable in Bankruptcy." To achieve this goal, we are raising funds to finance this research project, which is anticipated to include:
     1) Performing legal, non-legal, and factual research concerning student loan and policy matters,
     2) Hiring the necessary legal professionals to assist with completing this project along with bankruptcy law specialists that may be needed for consultation to fill any information gaps,
     3) Exploring the constitutionality, more specifically the unconstitutionality, of existing student loan law and policy matters enacted by Congress,
     4) Advancing recommendations and revisions to student loan law and policy matters that are intended to bring reasonability to student loan bankruptcy policy and implement uniformity consistent with the constitutional mandate upon Congress, and
     5) Preparing a free access digital publication that is the result of this research, reporting any constitutional implications that may be found, while also providing a springboard for changes to current student loan policy that might be accomplished through legislative changes voluntarily implemented by Congress, legislative changes involuntarily implemented through test case litigation, or through the public's use of information within the publication as tool for making policy assessments of current and future elected members of Congress.
