COLLABORATIONS
I. Collaborative Opportunities
There are five types of collaborative opportunities.
A) An investment opportunity exists for those interested in advancing certain fundraising costs. This opportunity for a return on investment exists for those who may be interested in an "investor only" relationship as well as those who may additionally want to pursue opportunities as a Commission Earning Intermediary ("CEI"). Please refer to Disclosure #13.
B) Business Commission Earning Intermediaries ("CEIs") may earn commissions-based revenues from the total amount of financial contributions that are raised from promoting this fundraiser in or through their own business.
C) Individual Commission Earning Intermediaries ("CEIs") may earn commissions-based income from the total amount of financial contributions that are raised as a result of their promotional activities at their college of attendance or public places in general.
D) Paid advertising placements are available within the completed free access publication.
E) With a finite existence spanning funding, completion, and publishing of the free access publication, this website and domain may be available for eventual purchase in the future.
II. Mutually Beneficial Arrangements
A) Contractual Investors.
Investors potentially interested in financing fundraising expenses may submit a proposal concerning any terms or conditions desired. However, only the most competitive or favorable terms may be pursued and reduced to writing in the form of a contractual agreement.
B) Business Commission Earning Intermediaries ("CEIs").
Businesses potentially interested in increasing their revenues through promoting or advertising this fundraiser on their business premises and/or through their business website may contact us to obtain an application information packet that contains additional information specific to businesses.
C) Individual Commission Earning Intermediaries ("CEIs").
Individuals potentially interested in earning money through part time promotional efforts concerning this fundraiser may contact us to obtain an application information packet that contains additional information specific to individuals.
D) Advertising Placements.
Paid advertising placements may be available in the final free access electronic publication and could garner optimal advertising results due to
significant national reading exposure attending the national policy issue to be addressed. Anyone interested in paid advertising should initiate inquiries sooner than later as we may limit the total amount of paid advertising space within the publication.
III. Initiating Contact

A) Contractual Investors.
Prospective Contractual Investors may send an inquiry or offer, including any proposed terms, by sending an email with the word "Investor Communication" written in the subject line.
B) Commission Earning Intermediaries ("CEIs").
Persons, whether a business or Individual, may initiate an inquiry or communication by following these instructions:
1) If the inquiry is initiated by a business, the email subject line should read "Information Request - Business CEI."
2) If the inquiry is initiated by a person, the email subject line should read "Information Request - Individual CEI."
C) Paid Advertising.
Inquiries concerning paid advertising in the proposed publication may be initiated by sending us an email with the words "Advertising Inquiry" in the subject line.
